What brought you to this business?
I'm a Pisces, it's in the stars.
I've spent over 16 years working with the Aquarium services businesses and distributors. Owned my own service business for a time too. When I was about 12 I remember learning about African Cichlids from friends, seeing a Red Zebra for the first time and my jaw just dropped in amazement. I had never seen anything like it before. I went home and begged my mom for a fish tank and she got me and all glass 55 gallon.. and it all began for me.
What do you know most about?
I have a wide scope of experience and knowledge now. I'd like to say I know saltwater best. But working in service and with customers here at Aquatic Wildlife I've learned about it all. The most satisfying part of it though, is solving people's problems.
You help loads of customers through the years- any pet peeves?
Sure, my pet-peeve would be picking fish for people. That one part should be driven by what they want, or like or are surprised by perhaps, rather than by my choice.
Do you have a favorite fish or water creature?
Arrowana - the Dragon Fish, will have a Tattoo of it on my arm in the future.
